Shipping

Your LA LA LA tee will ship from either France or Ireland, depending on where it is hanging out at the time. Shipping costs will be the same either way and are calculated as follows for packages to Europe:

1 tee - €3.50
2 tees - €4.85
3 tees or more - €7.50
the whole stock - free

For shipping outside Europe, please contact us and we’ll let you know asap.

We endeavour to post all orders within 2 to 3 days, it then takes about 4-5 working days to reach you (depending on the postal service)

Returns

We want you to enjoy your LA LA LA tee so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us at iwantlalala(at)gmail(dot)com and we’ll let you know where to return it to us.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping for a refund or exchange and must be in resalable condition. Clothing that has been worn or washed won’t be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds. You will be refunded the amount of the returned item less the shipping costs, into your Paypal account. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as you will then be able to apply for compensation if the item is lost.
